员工廖菊芬创造了连续4年工作时间里保持全勤的记录，没有请假，没有迟到，0.01%精密电阻5ppm/℃，没有早退，0.01%精密电阻1ppm/℃，而且在工作时间里兢兢业业，认真努力地完成了全部工作任务和计划，还有很多超额完成的优良记录！在大会上，得到了特别嘉奖和奖励！

盛雷城精密电阻有限公司将采用光纤激光器刻槽机，0.05%精密电阻1ppm/℃，替换现在使用的掺钕钇铝石榴石（YAG）激光刻槽机，大规模开展设备更新升级改造工程，
